Sec. 630.802  Coverage.

    This subpart applies to:
    (a) An employee as defined in section 2105 of title 5, United States 
Code, who is employed by an executive agency as defined in section 105 
of title 5, United States Code; and
    (b) An individual who is employed by the government of the District 
of Columbia.
