    For purposes of this subpart, unless the context indicates 
otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:
    AMS means the Agricultural Marketing Service, USDA.
    CCC means the Commodity Credit Corporation, USDA.
    FSA means the Farm Service Agency, USDA.
    USDA means the United States Department of Agriculture.
