Sec.  927.1  Secretary.

                               Definitions


    Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, 
or any officer or employee of the Department of Agriculture who has been 
delegated, or to whom authority may hereafter be delegated, the 
authority to act for the Secretary.
