                    Subpart_Order Regulating Handling
 
Sec.  930.21  Reestablishment.

    Districts, subdivisions of districts, and the distribution of 
representation among growers and handlers within a respective district 
or subdivision thereof, or among the subdivision of districts, may be 
reestablished by the Secretary, subject to the provisions of Sec.  
930.23, based upon recommendations by the Board. In recommending any 
such changes, the Board shall consider:
    (a) the relative importance of producing areas;
    (b) relative production;
    (c) the geographic locations of producing areas as they would affect 
the efficiency of administration of this part;
    (d) shifts in cherry production within the districts and the 
production area;
    (e) changes in the proportion and role of growers and handlers 
within the districts; and (f) other relevant factors.
