Sec.  932.1  Secretary.

                               Definitions


    Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, 
or any officer or employee of the U.S. Department of Agriculture who is 
or who may hereafter be authorized to exercise the powers or to perform 
the duties of the Secretary of Agriculture.
