Sec.  953.1  Secretary.

                               Definitions


    Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, 
or any other officer or member of the United States Department of 
Agriculture who is or may hereafter be authorized to exercise the powers 
and to perform the duties of the Secretary of Agriculture.
