Sec.  958.54  Minimum quantities.

    The committee, with the approval of the Secretary, may establish 
minimum quantities below which onion shipments will be free from the 
requirements in, or pursuant to, Sec. Sec.  958.42, 958.52, 958.53, 
958.60, or any combination thereof.
