Sec.  987.23  Term of office.

    The term of office for members and alternate members shall be 2 
years beginning August 1, except such term may be shorter if the 
Committee composition is changed in the interim pursuant to Sec.  
987.21. Each member and alternate member shall, unless otherwise ordered 
by the Secretary, continue to serve until his successor has been 
selected and has qualified.
