Sec. 104.7  Product permit.

    (a) A permit shall be numbered and dated.
    (b) The purpose for which the product is imported shall be specified 
on the permit as for Research and Evaluation, Distribution and Sale, or 
Transit Shipment Only.
    (c) A permit shall not be used after the date specified.
