(a) The area. The waters within the U.S. Naval Academy Santee Basin and adjacent waters of Severn River inclosed by a line beginning at the northeast corner of Dewey Field seawall; thence to latitude 38[deg]59[min]03[sec], longitude 76[deg]28[min]47.5[sec]; thence to latitude 38[deg]58[min]58[sec], longitude 76[deg]28[min]40[sec]; and thence to the northwest corner of Farragut Field seawall. (b) The regulations. (1) No person in the water, vessel or other craft shall enter or remain in the restricted area at any time except as authorized by the enforcing agency.
