Sec. 403.131 Who is eligible for an award under the Special Programs? (a) The fifty States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are eligible for an award under the-- (1) State Assistance for Vocational Education Support and Programs by Community-Based Organizations; (2) Consumer and Homemaking Education Programs; and (3) Comprehensive Career Guidance and Counseling Programs. (b) States, as defined in 34 CFR 400.4(b), are eligible for the Business-Labor-Education Partnerships for Training Program.
