Sec.  10.31  Dependency of mother or father.

    Claims of a mother or father for the benefits to which either may be 
entitled under the World War Adjusted Compensation Act, as amended, 
shall be supported by a statement of fact of

dependency made under oath by the claimant and witnessed by two persons.
