Sec. 262.103  What is the scope of the laboratory environmental management 

standard?

    The Laboratory Environmental Management Standard will not affect or 
supersede any legal requirements other than those described in Sec. 
262.10(j). The requirements that continue to apply include, but are not 
limited to, OSHA, Fire Codes, wastewater permit limitations, emergency 
response notification provisions, or other legal requirements applicable 
to University laboratories.
