Sec. 429.30  Applicability; description of the veneer subcategory.


    This subpart applies to discharges to waters of the United States 
and to the introduction of process wastewater pollutants into publicly 
owned treatment works from any plant which manufactures veneer and does 
not store or hold raw materials in wet storage conditions.
