                    Subpart B_Complex Slaughterhouses
 
Sec. 432.21  Special definitions.

    For the purpose of this subpart: Complex slaughterhouse means a 
slaughterhouse that provides extensive processing of the by-products of 
meat slaughtering. A complex slaughterhouse would usually include at 
least three processing operations such as rendering, paunch and viscera 
handling, or processing of blood, hide or hair.
