For the purpose of this subpart: (a) Finished product means the final product, such as fresh meat cuts, hams, bacon or other smoked meats, sausage, luncheon meats, stew, canned meats or related products. (b) Small processor means an operation that produces no more than 6000 lbs (2730 kg) per day of any type or combination of finished products.
