Sec. 464.30  Applicability; description of the ferrous casting subcategory.


    The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges to 
waters of the United States and to the introduction of pollutants into 
publicly owned treatment works resulting from ferrous casting operations 
as defined in Sec. 464.02(c).
