Sec. 610.65  Other test procedures.

    The Administrator may, pursuant to Sec. 610.31(c), choose a test 
procedure or procedures from those used by research organizations in 
government, the oil industry, engine manufacturing companies, and 
independent laboratories. If none of these is deemed suitable, the 
Administrator may, in consultation with the party requesting the test, 
design a dynamometer, track or road test to measure the effects of the 
device.
