    (b) Consumer satisfaction surveys of Part D plans.

    (c) Electronic prescription drug programs for prescribers, 
dispensers, and Part D sponsors.
    (d) Quality improvement organization (QIO) activities.
    (e) Compliance deemed on the basis of accreditation.
    (f) Accreditation organizations.

    organizations as a basis for deeming compliance.
