Sec. 93.223  Research misconduct proceeding.

    Research misconduct proceeding means any actions related to alleged 
research misconduct taken under this part, including but not limited to, 
allegation assessments, inquiries, investigations, ORI oversight 
reviews, hearings, and administrative appeals.
