Chevron moorings lying within an area bounded by a line bearing 180 
degrees true from Barbers Point Light to latitude 21[deg]14.8[min]N, 
longitude 158[deg]06.4[min]W, thence easterly to latitude 
21[deg]14.8[min]N, longitude 158[deg]03.3[min]W,
