(a) Unless otherwise specified, vessel owners must pay the fees required by this subpart before inspection or examination services are provided. (b) Fees required by this subpart must be paid in U.S. currency by check or money order, drawn on a U.S. bank, and made payable to the U.S. Treasury. (c) All payments must be accompanied by the vessel name and its vessel identification number. (d) Unless otherwise specified, fees required by this subpart must be mailed to the following address: USCG Inspection Fees, PO Box 105663, Atlanta, GA 30348-5663. (e) For purposes of this subpart, the address for Commandant (G-MRP) is: Commandant (G-MRP), United States Coast Guard, 2100 Second Street S.W., Washington, DC 20593-0001.
