River Entrance Lighted Whistle Buoy ``2NE''); thence to Botany Bay 
Island in approximate position latitude 32[deg]33.1[min] N. longitude 
80[deg]12.7[min] W.
    (c) A line drawn from the microwave antenna tower on Edisto Beach
