Sec. 9.3  Overtime earnings not basis for overtime under Federal 

Employees Pay Act of 1945.

    Overtime, Sunday, and holiday services which are covered by payments 
under this part shall not also form a basis for overtime or extra pay 
under the Federal Employees Pay Act of 1945.
