Sec. 1852.209-72  Composition of the contractor.

    As prescribed in 1809.670, insert the following clause:

                Composition of the Contractor (DEC 1988)

    If the Contractor is comprised of more than one legal entity, each 
entity shall be jointly and severally liable under this contract.
