Sec. 216.16  Prohibitions under the General Authorization for Level 

B harassment for scientific research.

    It shall be unlawful for any person to:
    (a) Provide false information in a letter of intent submitted 
pursuant to Sec. 216.45(b);
    (b) Violate any term or condition imposed pursuant to Sec. 
216.45(d).
