Sec. 1210.18  Scoring.

    Scoring of sanitary conditions required by Sec. Sec. 1210.11, 
1210.14 shall be done by an official inspector of the United States or 
of any State or municipality thereof or of the country in which the 
dairy farm or plant is located.
