Sec. 820.67  Final order.

    If no filing is made under Sec. 820.66, an exemption decision 
becomes a Final Order fifteen (15) days after it is filed

by a Secretarial Officer. If filing is made under Sec. 820.66, an 
exemption decision becomes a Final Order 45 days after it is filed by a 
Secretarial Officer, unless the Secretary stays the effective date or 
issues a Final Order that modifies the decision.
