Sec. 352.304  International organizations covered.

    Without prior approval of OPM, an agency may detail or transfer an 
employee under this subpart to any organization which OPM has designated 
as an international organization. An agency may detail or transfer an 
employee under this subpart to any other public international 
organization or international organization preparatory commission, only 
when OPM, after consultation with the Department of State, agrees that 
the organization concerned could be designated as an international 
organization covered by sections 3343 and 3581 of title 5, United States 
Code.
