Sec.  894.301  Am I eligible to enroll in the FEDVIP?


    You are eligible if you meet the definition of employee in 5 U.S.C. 
8901(1), unless you are in an excluded position. You are eligible if you 
are an employee of the United States Postal Service or the District of 
Columbia courts.
