Sec. 1216.21  Primary peanut-producing states.

    Primary peanut-producing states means Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New 
Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia, 
Provided, these states maintain three-year average production of at 
least 10,000 tons of peanuts.
