    To fill any vacancy occasioned by the death, removal, resignation, 
or disqualification of any member of the

Board, the Secretary shall request nominations for a successor pursuant 
to Sec. 1220.203, and such successor shall be appointed pursuant to 
Sec. 1220.204.
