Sec. 1240.36  Attendance.

    Members of the Board and the members of any special panels shall be 
reimbursed for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred when 
performing Board business. The Board shall have

the authority to request the attendance of alternates of any or all 
meetings, notwithstanding the expected or actual presence of the 
respective members.
