            Subpart D_Flexible Marketing Allotments For Sugar
 
Sec. 1435.303  Overall allotment quantity.

    The overall allotment quantity for the crop year will be calculated 
by deducting from the sum of estimated sugar consumption and reasonable 
carryover stocks:
    (a) 1,532,000 short tons, raw value; and
    (b) Carry-in stocks.
