Sec. 412.6  Timing of responses to requests.

    (a) In general, FCIC will respond to requests according to their 
order of receipt.
    (b) Existing responsive documents or information may be maintained 
in RMA's field offices. Therefore, extra time may be necessary to search 
and collect the documents.
