(a) Nutrition labeling shall be provided for all meat or meat food products intended for human consumption and offered for sale, except single-ingredient, raw products, in accordance with the requirements of Sec. 317.309; except as exempted under Sec. 317.400 of this subpart. (b) Nutrition labeling may be provided for single-ingredient, raw meat or meat food products in accordance with the requirements of Sec. Sec. 317.309 and 317.345. Significant participation in voluntary nutrition labeling shall be measured by the Agency in accordance with Sec. Sec. 317.343 and 317.344 of this subpart.
