Sec. 205.1  Purpose.

    This part:
    (a) Supersedes the Deputy Secretary of Defense Memorandum, ``End Use 
Certificates,'' April 9, 1991.
    (b) Establishes policies, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes 
procedures for signing EUCs on foreign defense items.
