Sec. 245.25  Aircraft assigned an EATPL number other than 1 or 2.

    Aircraft assigned an EATPL number other than 1 or 2 may be delayed, 
diverted, or rerouted by Combatant Commanders to prevent degradation of 
the air defense system.
