    (a) Issue fee for issuing each original patent, except a design or

    (b) Issue fee for issuing an original design patent:

By a small entity (Sec.  1.27(a))...........................    $410.00
By other than a small entity.................................    $820.00


    (c) Issue fee for issuing an original plant patent:
