Sec. 180.106  Diuron; tolerances for residues.

    (a)(1) General. Tolerances for residues of the herbicide diuron (3-
(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea) in or on food commodities are 
established as follows:

    (2) Tolerances are established for the combined residues of the 
herbicide diuron (3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea and its 
metabolites convertible to 3,4-dichloroaniline, in or on the following 
raw agricultural commodities:

    (b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are 
established for combined residues of the herbicide diuron and its 
metabolites convertible to 3,4-dichloroaniline in connection with use of 
the pesticide under section 18 emergency exemptions

granted by EPA. These tolerances will expire and are revoked on the 
dates specified in the following table.

    (c) Tolerances with regional registrations. Tolerances with a 
regional registration as defined in Sec. 180.1(n) are established for

1,1-dimethylurea and its metabolites convertible to 3,4-dichloroaniline) 
in or on the raw agricultural commodities:
