INDEX TO ENTRIES THAT AGENCIES HAVE DESIGNATED FOR SECTION 610 REVIEW [[Page 75673]] Section 610(a) of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C. 601) requires each agency to have a plan for the periodic review of its rules that have significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. Each agency must publish annually in the Federal Register a list of the rules that it plans to review in the next year. Some agencies use The Regulatory Plan and the Unified Agenda to fulfill this requirement. Those agencies indicate such entries by appending ``(Section 610 Review)'' to the titles. Some agencies have also indicated completions of section 610 reviews or rulemaking actions resulting from completed section 610 reviews.
